How can I return an item?
To submit a return, you can log into your order status page HERE with your order ID and email address. If you don't know your order ID, just submit your email address in the form below the login, and we'll send it to you again by email.
You have 30 days from the time of purchase to submit a return, unless you've ordered an Archos player, in which case a return must be submitted directly with Archos at www.archos.com. However, Archos will ask you for a copy of the invoice, which you can also get by logging into your order status page HERE.
